Products & custom orders

Every item is handmade, so slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and part of the charm — they are not defects. For custom and personalized orders, we send a digital proof for your approval before production. Please review proofs carefully; we produce based on the approved design and spelling.

Pricing & payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is required in full before we begin production unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Turnaround & shipping

Production times vary by item and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. Local pickup is available in Trumbull, CT.

Returns

Because our pieces are handmade and often personalized, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. If something arrives wrong or damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, and content on this site belong to Red Door Art and may not be reproduced without permission. When you submit artwork or logos for a custom order, you confirm you have the right to use them.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
